Dr Sarah Evans-Howe
Sarah Evans-Howe is an author and experienced academic at the University of Oxford with a professional background in hotel and service management.
Research interests include temporality, luxury marketing, experiential consumption, services marketing, digital customer behaviour including social media, customer complaint behaviour and hospitality management.
